Red Hot Chili Pepper guitarist John Frusciante‘s former house in the vicinity of Hollywood has been sold.
The 1,437 square feet mid-century home was listed for $1.795 million in October, but the actual sale price has not been revealed.
The Los Angeles Times reported that actor Norman Reedus and filmmaker Jonathan Silver had hired the house for lease in the late ’90s.
Frusciante, who is also a singer, composer, and producer, joined the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the age of eighteen.
Frusciante, aka Trickfinger, was the lead guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers from 1988 until 1992 and from 1998 until 2009. He recorded five studio albums with the rock band.
