Meghan Markle and husband Prince Harry share heartwarming video to mark first wedding anniversary – with a number unseen and intimate photos from their special day

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are celebrating their first wedding anniversary together today.

The royal couple tied the knot in St George's Chapel last year in front of their friends, family and a host of famous faces.

A year on, they have welcomed baby son Archie into the world; and today they have thanked people for their 'love and support'.

Marking their special day, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, have shared an intimate video from their wedding filled with a number of unseen and intimate photos.


In one beautiful shot, the former Suits actress can be seen sharing a special moment with her mother Doria Ragland.

And in another, Harry can be seen practicing his best man speech prior to the wedding ceremony and reception.

Alongside the video, the caption read: "Happy one year anniversary to Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex!

"Today marks the one year anniversary of the wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Their Royal Highnesses exchanged vows at St George’s Chapel within the grounds of Windsor Castle on May 19th, 2018.



"The selected song “This Little Light of Mine” was chosen by the couple for their recessional. We hope you enjoy reliving this moment, and seeing some behind the scenes photos from this special day.

"A message from The Duke & Duchess: Thank you for all of the love and support from so many of you around the world. Each of you made this day even more meaningful."

Speaking about parenthood when they revealed their beautiful baby son to the world, Meghan said: "It's magic, it's pretty amazing. He's just been the dream so it's been a special couple of days.

"I have the two best guys in the world so I'm really happy. He has the sweetest temperament, he's really calm."

And during the appearance at Windsor Castle, Prince Harry added: "It’s been great. Parenting is amazing. It has only been, what, two-and-a-half, three days… We are just so thrilled to have our own bundle of joy and to be able to spend some precious time as he slowly starts to grow up."
