Christopher Biggins has revealed some behind-the-scenes secrets for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.
With just over a week until the big launch, yet still no confirmation on the full line-up, anticipation for the new series is building.
Former jungle king Biggins, who won the show in 2007, gave an insight into what this year’s campmates will be getting up to this week.
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly, Biggins explained that they all arrive separately and are each given a minder.
The contestants are all kept apart and have "no idea what is going" until they enter the jungle.
Biggins said: "They should be packing and making their way out. I’ve never known a more extraordinary show. You all arrive separately, are given a minder and never see anybody, so u have no idea what is going on.
"There are 500 people involved in making the show and 150 cameras so you can’t do anything. They see it all – except in the dunny."
Giggling Lorraine added: "No one wants to see that frankly."
Biggins said he would to see The Chase’s Anne Heggerty in the jungle as she would be "marvellous".
On speculation of Strictly loverat Seann Walsh going in, he said: "He would be very good as I think they [bosses] think there would be a relationship going on somewhere."
The panto star revealed there is absolutely no contact with the outside world, which provides shocks when the celebs start getting sent home.
When asked if he would go back, Biggins confessed that only one big name would get him in the jungle.
He said: "Without doubt the only person I’d like to see in there, and I’d do ti again if she was in there, is the queen.
"Everything is moving forward with the royal family. She’s got a great sense of humour so we would have a lot of laughs."
*Lorraine airs weekdays on ITV at 8.30am
