The 58-year-old face seemed slimmer than ever as he presented the show alongside his wife Ruth Langsford.
His new look comes after the he was told he was a “heart attack waiting to happen” during a recent debate on GMB.
During a conversation about whether doctors should be able to comment on the size of a person in their care, he asked weight-loss expert Steve Miller if he would tell him to "lose two or three stone" to fix his health problems.
Steve replied: "I would say that but I would also say to Eamonn that he is too fat and he is a heart attack waiting to happen.
"He's about to clonk me for that."
However, Eamonn reassured Steve he hadn't spoken out of turn, replying: "I'm not because you know I agree with you."
It isn't the first time the two men have discussed Eamonn's size, as Steve told him to shift the pounds during an appearance on This Morning last year.
He said at the time: "Would I say you're fat? I would say, 'Eamonn, I adore you but you are too fat.'."
