Robyn Graham was left feeling “physically sick” when she unwrapped the yellow soiled swimsuit.
A gruesome picture of the bikini, which is sold for between £10 and £12, showed hairs poking out of its hygiene sticker with dark stains on the bottoms.
Sharing the photo on Twitter, the young woman wrote: “Just got a bikini from @OfficialPLT I’ve not even tried it on and I feel physically sick.
“Can’t comprehend how they think it’s acceptable to send this. Stained with blood and hairs attached.”
Pretty Little Thing were quick to apologise to Robyn and said they would look into the order immediately.
A customer services worker replied: “I am very sorry you have been sent this, this is not acceptable and we won't take this lightly.”
A Pretty Little Thing spokesperson said the incident had been dealt with, saying they were unable to provide a comment.
It comes after another online shopper claimed to have found crotch stains on a £35 jumpsuit she bought.
Jessica Buckingham couldn't believe her eyes when the khaki outfit she ordered online arrived, claiming the underwear was marked and there was a hole in the sleeve.
Taking to social media, the disgusted young woman wrote: "Can’t believe I ordered this jumpsuit from PrettyLittleThing only to have received it clearly worn with a hole in the sleeve and discharge in the knickers !!
Photographs of the outfit, which is described as a khaki lace high neck jumpsuit, show stains on the underwear.
