Two of TV's most loved presenters, Alison Hammond and Judi Love, were seen posing together on the red carpet ahead of The Ethnicity Awards 2022 in London on Thursday, 27 October.
The ceremony, hosted by Loose Women star and comedian Judi Love, took place at London's Marriott Grosvenor Square and hosted a number of icons, including the ever-wonderful Alison Hammond.
The This Morning presenter, 47, wore a glimmering gown emblazoned with black and gold diamanté encrusting as she rubbed shoulders with guests including Strictly Come Dancing professional Johannes Radebe and singer Sinitta.
Sporting a pair of pointed toe heels, she amped up the glamour with a full palette of makeup, styling her locks in a soft wave and side part.
Meanwhile, Judi, 42, opted for a bright blazer midi dress for the evening – with a tie cinched waist.
She and Alison beamed together on the red carpet, after the comedian and TV star honoured the presenter with her gong on stage. The friends also posed together at the red carpet.
Celebrities and public figures, recognised as advocates who are working to progress equality, were honoured with accolades – notably Alison, who was named Host Of The Year, an award sponsored by Metro.co.uk.
The list of winners for the evening also included Sir Lenny Henry, who was awarded with the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award while Sir Mo Farah won a Sports Trailblazer Award for using his platform to speak out against discrimination.
Judi Love has previously said during one of her comedy performances at the London Palladium that "it's hard" being recognised in public as fans often get it wrong.
She continued to explain that fans often mistake her for her pal Alison.
Judi said: "Look, now I love my Alison, but like, could I, could you just confuse me for Oprah? I want Oprah, man!"
The Ethnicity Awards, Britain’s biggest Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority red carpet extravaganza and took place on Thursday October 27, with some of the biggest names in showbusiness taking part, including Sir Mo Farah, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Stormzy.
