Amy Hart has announced she's gotten engaged in an adorable post on her Instagram page.

The former Love Island star, who shares son Stanley with her new fiancé Sam Rason, was over the moon as she told fans the exciting news.

Along with a stunning snap of the blonde beauty looking incredibly shocked as her beau got down on one knee, Amy admitted it was the "biggest surprise" she could have ever imagined.

"'And he said…hey, whatcha doin’ the rest of your life?' Well and truly the biggest surprise ever," the TV favourite wrote in her caption. "We are so happy (literally thought I was watching show rehearsals hence why I have no shoes on-Amz x)."

Fans flocked to the comments to share their excitement for the happy couple, as one person wrote: "Ahhhh amazing congratulations!!! xxx"
