Taking their love to the bank.

Following Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ very public affair and consequential removal from their Good Morning America hosting gigs, the two have been trying to figure out what their next step will be… And it might just be more TV.

A source close to the pair told Page Six Thursday the couple is “aggressively pitching” a new show of their OWN to former The Ellen DeGeneres Show producers — and apparently welcome “ongoing coverage” of their relationship. The source added:

“It’s easier for them to pitch a show if they stay in the news, and they think they’re rock stars. They’re selling their chemistry.”

According to the outlet, network execs were constantly complimenting Amy and T.J. ‘s on screen chemistry at ABC before they were removed, and “they fed into it.” — And the plan to use the same magic for their theoretical new show:

“They absolutely believe that their chemistry would sell, because it sold at ABC.”

The only difference now, according to the source, is at ABC “they sold this brother/sister chemistry. Now, they’re selling sex.”

Sounds kinda off putting, but we get the idea!

As for the potential new show’s feel, it’ll be “a la Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos” to really play up their romance — and hopefully for them, sooner rather than later, as the insider noted their need to get back to work:

“Whatever deal they got from ABC is not going to sustain them.”

We first caught wind of the couple’s plan earlier this month, when it was reported that the two were pitching the show to CBS, NBC, and CNN. We’ll just have to wait and see if the Ellen producers pick it up.
