Florence Pugh puts her Don’t Worry Darling debacle behind her as she makes a glittering red carpet appearance with Jenna Coleman and Daisy Edgar-Jones at the star-studded 25th annual British Independent Film Awards

Florence Pugh cut a very glamorous figure as she arrived at the 25th British Independent Film Awards at Old Billingsgate in London on Sunday.

The actress, 26 – who reportedly got into a ‘screaming match’ with Olivia Wilde while filming Don’t Worry Darling last year – wore an elegant pink dress with a low cut neckline, with the screen star putting on an animated display as she whipped the expansive detached mesh train to match her gown up into the air while posing on the red carpet.

She was joined by fellow actress Jenna Coleman, 36, who opted for an off-the-shoulder semi-sheer black floor-length dress, and screen star Daisy Edgar-Jones, 24, who looked chic in a black trouser suit adorned with glistening silver sequins.

Little Women star Florence ensured she caught the eye of onlookers as she worked the red carpet, standing with the mesh section spread out around her.

The piece featured ruffles at the shoulders and arms and at the base, with the material being see-through to make sure her dress was on show.

Her gown featured ruffled detail at the front and a thigh-high split, with Florence putting on a leggy display as she posed at one point.

She opted for a pair of gold heels to add a few inches to her stature and went for a glamorous look with her make-up to highlight her pretty features.

Her outing comes after crew members that worked on the psychological thriller, Don’t Worry Darling, shared a statement in September refuting rumours of on set issues between her and fellow actress Olivia Wilde.  

A total of 40 individuals, including producer Miri Yoon, came forward to release a statement obtained by MailOnline with the ‘need to correct’ the alleged claims, calling them ‘absurd’ and ‘completely false’.

The statement came shortly after an insider told Vulture that both stars got into a ‘screaming match’ during filming last year. 

‘As a crew, we’ve avoided addressing the absurd gossip surrounding the movie we’re so proud of, but feel the need to correct the anonymous ‘sources’ quoted in a recent article,’ the statement began.

‘Any allegations about unprofessional behaviour on the set of Don’t Worry Darling are completely false,’ they further stated.

Olivia was addressed in the statement, with the crew expressing that she was nothing but, ‘an incredible leader and director who was present with and involved in every aspect of production’.

‘There was never a screaming match between our director and anyone, let alone a member of our cast,’ they said.

Meanwhile, Jenna Coleman looked incredible at the British Independent Film Awards on Sunday as she posed on arrival, opting for a off-the-shoulder black dress with a ruffled hem across the top.

The garment featured lace detailing on the corseted top and a semi-sheer mesh skirt which left her legs partially on show.
