Cara De La Hoyde candidly revealed she’s “leaking everywhere” as she updated fans on breastfeeding her three-day-old daughter.
The Love Island star, 30, and husband Nathan Massey welcomed their second child into the world earlier this week, a sibling to their two-year-old son Freddie-George.
Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-two shared her exhaustion as she adjusts to life with her newborn.

Cara said: “Good morning guys, I am tired! So today the baby is three days old. My milk has come in and it has come in hard.
“I am like a leaking tap. I am leaking on her. I am leaking on me. I am leaking everywhere,” she explained.
Cara then pans down to her breasts and exclaims: “They are massive.
“I am knackered. Fred is at school today, Nathan has just taken him bless him. But yeah, every two hours [feeding] and at least the milk is in and she’s healthy.”
As she breastfeeds on camera, Cara then exclaims: “Ah! That hurts.”
Nathan shared the news that Cara had given birth on social media earlier this week as he took to his Instagram Story to share his delight over the new arrival.

"Hi guys, just to let everyone know that Cara delivered our beautiful baby daughter this morning, she did an absolutely fantastic job,” he told fans.
"I just want to say, Cara you are a hero. Really, really emotional this morning – everything is good, Cara's doing great, the baby's doing great.
"I just want to say one thing – us blokes could never in a million years go through what women do, so every woman that gives birth hats off to you because I don't think us geezers have the pain threshold.

"So massive congratulations to Cara, you've done a fantastic job and the baby's great and Cara's great – welcome to the world, my little daughter."
Cara and Nathan, who met on the second series of Love Island, welcomed their first child Freddie-George in 2018 and married in July 2019 following a brief split.
The couple announced they were expecting their second child in March of this year.
