Things are heating up between Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes!

While the 29-year-old country singer is overseas for her Heartfirst tour, the Outer Banks actor took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to share how much he’s missing her by showing off a photo of the two of them. In the sweet snapshot, Kelsea can be seen wrapping her arms around Chase who sports a big grin on his face as she kisses him on the cheek.

He then captioned the PDA picture, “imy,” an abbreviation for “I miss you,” and included a red heart emoji. Ch-ch-check it out (below):

It looks like these two are not shy about flaunting their relationship on social media now! In case you haven’t been keeping up, Chase and Kelsea sparked dating rumors last month when the 30-year-old actor posted an image of them cuddling in the stands at the College Football National Championship in California. Afterward, they were spotted out and about together – including at LAX, where paparazzi caught them packing on the PDA.

While Kelsea first played coy about her new relationship following her nasty divorce with Morgan Evans, the Peter Pan artist later confirmed she moved on with Chase in an interview with the Call Her Daddy earlier this week. She said at the time:

“I think I grieved a lot of the marriage in the marriage, and so I think I was ready to open back up. I felt, ‘Why not? I’ve never really dated I don’t know how it works. Let’s just put ourselves out there, let’s just vibe.”

According to Kelsea, their romance began after she slid into the Netflix star’s DMs back in December:

“I was just like, I’m not gonna get on an app. And honestly, he shoots in Charleston, and my manager lives there, and he like, put the bug in my ear. He’s like, ‘You know who’s really cute when you’re ready, it’s Chase.’ I was like, ‘You’re so right.’ And I’ve never seen the show, but I just knew of him. And so, I followed him, and he followed me, and I just swan dove right on in.”

Yes, girl! As for the line she dropped in his DMs? The Penthouse artist revealed to host Alexandra Cooper:

“His handle is ‘@hichasestokes,’ and I said, ‘Hi, Chase Stokes.’”

LOLz. While Kelsea and Chase aren’t hiding their relationship, she noted on the podcast episode that everyone is still “very new” for her, explaining:

“Everything’s new for me — dating, being photographed with someone, like, it’s all really new, and I’m tiptoeing. And I’m happy and I’m really re-learning a lot about myself and how I show up in a relationship and how I show up for myself. It’s been a really beautiful re-awakening.”

Aww! Of course, along with her headline-making romance with Chase, Kelsea is also dealing with new allegations that she cheated on her ex-husband with The Chainsmokers member Drew Taggart. However, it seems like the musician and her new beau aren’t too worried about these claims, as they move forward with their relationship!
