In 1981, pop band Bucks Fizz won the Eurovision Song Contest with their track, Making Your Mind Up, but now, band member Cheryl Baker is saying goodbye to her palatial property.
The United Kingdom entry consisted of four singers: Cheryl Baker, Bobby G, Jay Aston and Mike Nolan.
They produced one of the most memorable acts in Eurovision history, as they famously performed a skirt-shedding routine.
However, fast forward to today, and Cheryl has shared her plans to downsize.
Despite putting her house up for sale, the 69-year-old has set the record straight, insisting that the move is not due to “money worries”, but simply because she “no longer needs the space”.
After explaining her reasons for downsizing, Cheryl hit back: “I get, ‘Poor old Cheryl, she’s having to sell her house.’ Get off my case!”

Speaking to The Sun, she explained: “I’m not ‘poor Cheryl’, I’m just ordinary. I’m the same as everybody.
“I have bills to pay and I need to earn a living to pay the bills. Fortunately, I love my work so I want to keep working.”
She also added: “I’ve never been out of work in my life. I’ve never been on the dole.
“I’ve never asked for a handout because I work, and I don’t care what job I do. That has been my ethos ever since I left school.”
After her Eurovision success, Cheryl and the rest of the band continued to release hit tracks in Europe, including My Camera Never Lies.
She then competed in ITV competition Dancing On Ice in 2018, but was kicked off the show after losing a skate-off to Donna Air.

Cheryl shared her house with her husband Steve and twin daughters Natalia and Kyla before they decided to sell.
The stunning £1.4 million mansion in Tonbridge has now been put up for sale after Cheryl previously shared that the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis had “hit her hard”.
She also added: “I want to downsize because Steve and I are getting on a bit and we don’t need such a big house, plus I don’t want a mortgage any more. It’s a six-bedroom house, which is stupid.
“Steve’s 71 and I’m 70 next year and I’m the same as any other woman of a certain age who thinks ‘I don’t need all these bedrooms.”
Nowadays, Cheryl does online gigs and is set to appear on Escape To The Country, which is being filmed this month.
