Dave Grohl, P!nk Perform Get The Party Started For Hanukkah Sessions

Dave Grohl recently shared a live cover of “Get The Party Started” performed along with P!nk during the recently conducted “Hanukkah Sessions.”

For a third year in row, Grohl and Greg Kurstin, a member of the group the Bird and the Bee, celebrated Hanukkah by covering songs by Jewish artists.

This year, Grohl and Kurstin hosted a star-studded live edition of their “Hanukkah Sessions” on Monday, December 5, at the Los Angeles club Largo.

The pair were joined onstage at various points by P!nk, Beck, Tenacious D, Grohl’s daughter Violet Grohl, movie director Judd Apatow and more.

“My name’s Alicia. I’m a Jew,” P!nk reportedly told the crowd in attendance. The singer then gave a powerful performance of her 2001 hit, with Grohl on drums, Kurstin on keyboards and several backing singers. Comedian Jack Black also joined them to sing the track’s final choruses.

The set list featured 9 songs including, “Spinning Wheel,” “The Things We Do for Love” with Inara George, and “E-Pro” with Beck.
