Doja Cat, Lil Wayne and more are set to perform at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards, airing live from New Jersey’s Prudential Center on Tuesday, September 12th at 8 pm ET/PT.
Doja, Wayne, Anitta, Tomorrow X Together and Kelsea Ballerini join previously announced acts, including Demi Lovato, Karol G, Maneskin, and Stray Kids.
Shakira is also set to perform as this year’s Video Vanguard Award honoree. Taylor Swift, SZA, and Olivia Rodrigo are among the nominees for this year’s Video Music Awards.
Doja Cat, who is releasing Scarlet on September 22, previously performed at the VMAs in 2020 and 2021, and hosted the event in 2022.
For five-time Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum global music icon Lil Wayne, his performance on the VMAs stage will be the first in more than a decade.
He is set to perform his new single “Kat Food” live for the very first time. The song arrived on September 1.
