Thor: Love and Thunder trailer stars Chris Hemsworth
Donald Trump’s arrest and mugshot have sparked an array of comparsions and memes across the internet, but the former president’s height and weight has stirred the most speculation.
Booking records at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia reported the 77-year-old is 6’3” and 215lbs, almost identical to Chris Hemsworth’s figures during filming for Marvel Studios’ Thor.
Though the Hollywood star’s weight often fluctuates depending on what his current acting project requires, he has been open about the training routine he needed to maintain the muscle-bound aesthetic of the Norse God during the three Thor movies as well as his appearances in Avengers.
One of his most dramatic weight shifts happened shortly after his MCU debut as the actor went straight from filming The Avengers in 2012 to portraying British F1 driver James Hunt in 2013’s Rush.
The 6’3” actor told Bodybuilding.com at the time his Rush director warned him before filming: “The first thing Ron Howard said to me when I got the Rush job was; ‘I don’t know if Thor is going to fit into a race car.’

“I was filming The Avengers when I got the call for Rush, so I went from 215 pounds, which is how much I weigh when I’m playing Thor, down to about 185 pounds to be able to fit into the car.”
He added to the outlet: “That was all in about four months.”
Some outlets claimed Donald’s figures were self-reported and the politician was not actually measured when he was being booked on Thursday night.
Daily Express US has contacted Fulton County Jail representatives for comment.

Donald’s height and weight have also been compared to NFL quarterbacks, in particular Housten Texans’ CJ Stroud, who was officially measured at the NFL Combine as 6’3” and 218lbs.
Similarly, social media users were quick to set up side-by-side shots of the politician with the likes of NFL stars Lamar Jackson, Derek Carr and Kirk Cousins, who are all roughly in the same weight and height range.
These figures are 20 lbs lighter than the last weight the former president disclosed during a White House physical before he was voted out of office in 2021.
Speculation has circled the politician’s most recent figures as there was also no yardstick in his mugshot, which has made the rounds on social media.
Within minutes the hashtags #TrumpMugshot and #OrangeIsTheNewOrange began trending on X, formerly known as Twitter.
