This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were accused of queue jumping at Wesminster Hall last week after they were given press accrediation in a different area. Eamonn Holmes has since made subtle digs at the pair and has now shared his thoughts on replacing the duo.

On Twitter today, a user called Maggi said she found watching Phillip “a pain” as she likened Eamonn and Ruth to her “Friday dose” of medicine.

In response, he said: “U r very kind and funny. Thank u x.”(sic)

KG also shared a meme of Eamonn and Ruth laughing which featured the caption: “When you reach the front of the queue.”

In response to this Melissa Leeds United penned: “There should be sacked Eamonn and Ruth are far better than them idiots.”(sic)

The presenter made his feelings clear by replying using three praying hand emojis.

It isn’t just on social media where Eamonn has shared his thoughts on the controversy surrounding Phil and Holly.
