EastEnders actress Heather Peace shares rare family photos with wife Ellie Dickinson as they reach a milestone in their marriage.
While Heather has become a household name recently after joining the BBC soap as Eve Unwin, she has kept a low profile online.
However, to celebrate her tenth wedding anniversary to wife, Ellie, Heather posted a series of loved-up pictures on Instagram with the caption: "How has it been 10 years today since we married.
"Happy anniversary to my dear Ellie. And to all of my girls; Ellie, Annie, Jessie & Lola, you have brought both joy and calm to my life and I love you all with all of my heart."
Together, Heather and Ellie share three daughters, Annie born in April 2015, and twins Jessie and Lola in June 2017.
In the sweet snaps, Heather shared a black and white image of their ceremony, one of their wedding bands, as well as their three daughters growing up.
Ten years after they first met, Heather and Ellie had a civil partnership, they honeymooned in Perthshire, and converted their partnership to marriage the following year.
Heather has become a firm-fan favourite on EastEnders since joining the show two years ago. So her tribute to her wife on their anniversary resulted in floods of lovely messages from viewers.
One said: “Happy Anniversary! You’re an inspiring to myself & any other queer followers to show us what the future can hold”
Another added: “Talk about ‘couple goals’ congratulations to you both for hitting that SILVER milestone”
A third said: Happy anniversary to you both Hope you have a wonderful day with your beautiful family”
And EastEnders’ actor Navin Chowdhry who plays villainous Nish Panesar commented: “Happy Happy 10!”
Holby City star David Ames added: “Happy anniversary my lovely xxx”
Feisty ex-con, Eve, arrived in EastEnders in 2021 and upon joining the soap said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the cast of EastEnders and I love my character Eve.
"She’s tough, but fair; super bright and cheeky . I’m loving working with such a brilliant cast, in particular Lacey Turner.
"We immediately got on and sparked off each other which makes going to work easy & fun.”
Prior to her arrival on EastEnders, Heather first rose to fame in 1998 when she appeared in London’s Burning as Sally Fields. She then went on to star in Waterloo Road as Nikki Boston, and This England as Mary Wakefield.
