New mum Louisa Lytton welcomed her baby girl Aura just last month and has since been adjusting to motherhood.
The first time mum took to Instagram on Monday (4 October) to share with her 250,000 followers how she has secretly been recovering from Covid whilst settling into her new life as a mother.
Louisa, who announced her pregnancy with fiancé Ben Bhanvra in a sweet post back on Mother's Day in March, has been quiet on Instagram since giving birth – only sharing a few snaps with her followers.
She has now revealed that she has secretly been recovering after contracting the virus.
Louisa posted a series of snaps onto her Instagram page yesterday, writing: "Made it out of the house today!! *takes a bow* it’s official the Instagram picture opportunity days are over.
"This is as good as it gets. Washing my hair was the biggest achievement of September . .wait it’s now October. Aura slept whilst we ate a WHOLE meal (which I couldn’t taste thanks long covid)
"But I feel like we are on the right track, I wouldn’t change it for the world . May our love bubble continue."
Louisa didn't disclose when she was battling Covid, but explained how she had lost her taste.
Louisa's loving fiance was quick to comment on the star's post, writing: "You’re absolutely smashing it! Top mumma!! ps. The roast tasted sooooo good."
Fellow new mums and Covid sufferers took to the comments section to share their support and advice with Louisa, with one commenting writing: "Wow for getting out the house and for getting into a pair of jeans."
The first time mum also recently shared her daughter's gorgeous nursery on Instagram, showing that the adorable room features a hot air balloon mural, a flying pelican, rattan light shade, cream cot and cute knitted furnishings.
Louisa captioned her post: "If you keep on believing . .The dream that you wish will come true… Aura Olivia Bhanvra. Thank you Kids Interiors for the babycot by French brand Gustavienne."
