Eric Clapton’s ‘Happy Xmas’ Tops Holiday Albums Chart

Eric Clapton‘s Christmas album Happy Xmas has debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s Holiday Albums chart.

The Holiday Albums chart ranks the most popular seasonal efforts of the week. The list is published every week between mid-October and early January.

Happy Xmas, the first festive album by the rock legend, was released on October 12.

The 14-track LP debuted at No. 168 on the latest Billboard 200 albums chart dated October 27, earning 6,000 units. Most of them were in album sales, according to Nielsen Music.
