Faye Winter says ‘moving is hard’ as she leaves home shared with Teddy Soares after split

Faye Winter has opened up about moving house after splitting from Teddy Soares.

The Love Island star announced the couples' split after several months of speculation last week, and is now set to move out of the home they shared together.

Posting a photo to her Instagram Stories of a bed piled high with boxes and bags, she wrote: "Why is moving so hard," with a crying emoji and a white heart emoji.

"One room packed, on to the rest."

Faye, 27, posted a statement on her Instagram announcing the split, with a picture of their golden retriever, Bonnie.

"I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways," she wrote.

"Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us."

She concluded by saying: "Lots of love, Faye and Bonnie."

Faye and Teddy, 28, were the last remaining couple together from the 2021 series of the show.

Speculation had been swirling about their relationship for a while before her announcement, following several cryptic social media posts, with neither one mentioning or posting a snap with the other for a couple of months.

They recently followed each other on Instagram, and also both appear to have deleted a shared Instagram snap of themselves attending the Avatar: The Way of Water premiere in London in December.

Teddy has since broken his silence, though not explicitly referring to the split.

Posting a photo to Instagram, his cryptic caption read: "Love you all following the journey, there is always going to be ups and downs, but we keep going."

Teddy's post came a day after Faye released a statement confirming the split.

There had been plenty of signs that the pair had gone their separate ways.

Teddy previously posted a video on social media of him crying, revealing he was in a "difficult position" and that "it's okay to cry".

And just a couple of weeks before the split was made public, Teddy alluded to the split as he addressed split rumours.

Writing on 4 Feb, the statement read: "Everything you have been reading in the press is false. I have nothing but love and respect for Faye since we first met.

"I do not wish to comment on rumours speculating our relationship and ask for you to respect our privacy at this time."
