Love Island star Gemma Owen has been branded 'classy' and 'the prettiest ever' after posing in a stunning body-con black dress during a trip to the races.

The daughter of football star Michael Owen travelled to Australia to visit the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Teasing fans that she was looking forward to all the 'amazing fashion,' the star showed off the stunning looks she had put together.

In one post, she showed off her incredible figure in a backless, black, satin dress with huge bow detailing.

The fashionista matched the outfit with black heels, a diamond-studded necklace, and a statement fascinator hat.

Fans of Gemma were quick to gush over her outfit choices, with one saying: "You ooze so much class and elegance."

Another added: "Gemma, you look classy and beautiful. The outfit is stunning."

Gemma captioned the post: "So honoured to be here for the Melbourne Cup Carnival! Excited for the amazing fashion and, of course, the racing.

The influencer then donned another 'elegant' outfit to visit Government House in Melbourne ahead of the 2023 Lexus Melbourne Cup.

Gemma posed in the sunshine as she wore a floor-length tan gown with pleated detailing, accessorising with a gold clutch and a huge oval ring.

It comes as Gemma sparked rumours that she could be joining the line of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle after spending time in Australia.

Ahead of her flight, Gemma was enjoying some "family time" with her mum and sister in Dubai.

If Gemma was heading to the I'm A Celeb jungle, she could be joining the likes of This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, former EastEnders actress Danielle Harold, and controversial former politician Nigel Farage.

Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson is also rumoured to be included in the line-up, with a source telling The Sun: "Sam is a great signing because he has a huge fan base and a funny, self-deprecating personality.

"It will be difficult if Zara [McDermott] is still on Strictly as she will be too busy to head out to the jungle to support him. While it might put a bit of pressure on their relationship, it’s a huge year for them."
