Harry Styles has wrapped up his mammoth Love On Tour after two years of performances around the world. He has toured the UK, Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australasia, playing to more than five million people over 173 dates.

As the final concert in Reggio Emilia, Italy, came to a close, Harry took a moment to express his heartfelt gratitude to his dedicated fans, nearly breaking down in tears as he thanked them for their unwavering support.

The emotional moment, captured on TikTok, quickly went viral, showcasing the singer's genuine appreciation for his fans. Taking to social media on Monday, Harry shared a backstage photo, captioning it with a heartfelt message.

He thanked his band and crew for making the past few years so special and expressed his profound gratitude to the fans who attended the shows, stating that their energy and love had filled him with joy.

He added: “You have given me memories that will last a lifetime, more than I could have ever dreamed of.

“Thank you for your time, your energy, and your love. It’s been an honour to play for you, I hope you had as much fun as I did.”

Referencing one of his tracks in his final sign off, the singer wrote: “Look after each other, I’ll see you again when the time is right. Treat People With Kindness.”

Beyond entertaining millions with his performances, Harry Styles used the tour as an opportunity to give back to society. Love On Tour proved to be not just a musical extravaganza but a charitable endeavor as well, raising money for causes including reproductive rights, gun control, humanitarian aid and voting rights.

Billboard reports that the tour amassed over £460 million in ticket sales, ranking it as the fourth highest grossing tour ever. From the proceeds, the philanthropic artist generously donated £5 million to various charities, supporting Planned Parenthood, Choose Love, Physicians For Reproductive Health, Black Minds Matter UK, Save The Children, International Rescue Committee and Every Town For Gun Safety.

Whilst undoubtedly a huge success, the tour has not been without its fair share of drama. Most recently, Harry was hit in the face by a thrown object as he performed on stage in Vienna. Videos shared online from the gig at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Austria on Saturday 8 July, showed the pop megastar walking across the stage before an item flies through the air and strikes him near his eye.

After being struck, he can be seen wincing in pain before bending over while clutching his face in his hands. Myriam, a fan from Germany who was at the Vienna show, said the As It Was singer was hit after he sang Sign Of The Times, the first song of the encore, as reported by PA.

She said: “He still kept touching his face a lot. It looked like it hurt very much. It seems like he had to collect himself and then he turned back to us and kept performing.”
