A day after their father’s deportation appeal was denied, Gia and Milania Giudice are continuing to stay positive.
“Pictures, memories, and hope is the only thing that has gotten my family this far,” she wrote on Instagram on Friday, along with a sweet father-daughter throwback photo. “We are fighters but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life.”
Joe, 46, served a 41-month prison sentence for fraud, and was transferred to Clinton County Correctional Facility upon his release. He appealed the original deportation ruling set in November, but on Thursday, the appeal to stay in the United States denied.
“Not a day goes by where we don’t love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our hearts. you will be home with us soon daddy. I love you so much,” Gia concluded, along with the hashtag #bringjoehome.
The 18-year-old, who has previously posted tributes to her dad, also re-posted several family photos on her Instagram story that were posted by her cousin.
Shortly after Gia’s post, Milania also expressed the same sentiment on her Instagram page.
“we will never stop fighting for you daddy,” the 13-year-old captioned an old photo of her and her dad. “It’s not the same without you. I miss you terribly. I wouldn’t be the person I am today with out you, I wouldn’t know how to stay strong. I need you home daddy. All I want is to be a family again. I love you endlessy buddy”
She also tagged Donald Trump.
After the news was released on Thursday, Joe’s wife and “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, Teresa, shared a sweet memory of Joe with Miania and their other two daughters Gabriella, 15, and Audriana, 10.
“Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” she wrote.
Their attorney told us that the family is “extremely disappointed” and are taking further steps to prevent Joe from being deported to Italy.
“We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters,” he said.
