Nadia Sawalha recalls conversation with Halle Berry

Halle Berry posted a series of pink-themed pics of herself celebrating her birthday today, drawing inspiration from Greta Gerwig’s recent Barbie movie.

The actress, 57, took to Instagram to share several snaps which saw her showing off her Barbie pink-inspired outfit.

She rang in her birthday celebrations alongside her boyfriend, Van Hunt, 53, and her daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, 15.

In her caption, she wrote in view of her 8.5 million followers: “My mini me (but not so mini anymore) and my VanO took me to the World of Barbie for my B-day!”

“I got to let my inner Barbie soar,” the Catwoman actress added.

Halle, who recently discussed “owning your sexuality” whilst “in the middle of the menopause” in a new essay, told her followers: “I love you guys …thank you !”

In the carousel of images, the former model — who added that said she would “highly recommend”’ the experience — looked pretty in pink as she modelled a skater dress in some chic cowboy boots.

In the first snap, she kicked her feet up on a table as she sat in a chair underneath a matching pink umbrella.

In the dazzling pic her hot pink cowboy boots adorned with rhinestones and glitter sparkled in the sun.

Halle completed her look with a heart-shaped purse with rainbow colours.

Keeping with the pink theme, she accessorised with a pair of blush wayfarer sunglasses to complete the look.

The 606 Films founder appeared to wear minimal makeup showcasing her natural beauty.

She also styled her light brunette locks in a stylish beach wave that swayed down her back.

Meanwhile, her daughter Nahla towered over her mum in a stunning pink patterned dress with a corset-style back.

The teen paired her frock with some glam, baby pink high heels decorated with cute bows.

She accessorised with a matching purse and wore a pair of white sunglasses in her cropped red hair.

Halle is mother to two children: Nahla, whom she welcomed with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, and her son Maceo, 10, whom she shares with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
