I’m A Celeb: Miriam Margolyes calls Hancock ‘vile’
Steve Martin, 78, is the latest co-star of Miriam Margolyes’ who has ended up in her bad books.
The 82-year-old savagely branded her former co-star a “c**t” and claimed he was “horrid” to work with.
The pair starred in the 1986 movie Little Shop of Horrors, in which she played a dental nurse and he took on the role of Orin Scrivello.
In her upcoming new book Oh Miriam!, the actress reportedly claimed working with Steve was “a vile experience”.
During one scene together, he had to pretend to knock her out, which she has claimed took “several attempts to get right”.

Speaking to News.com.au, she said: “I didn’t enjoy it and I had a splitting headache at the end of the day.
“He was incredibly unfriendly, because he was a perfectionist.
“He was an artist and all he was interested in was getting the comic moment right, and he was correct to do that, but he should have included me.”
The Harry Potter actress suggested he was “rather horrid”, adding: “He was a c**t, that’s all I can tell you.”
Despite not enjoying her experience with him, she said he is “gifted” and thought he did the scene well when she watched it back.

Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Steve for comment.
Steve isn’t the only actor Miriam has slammed in recent weeks.
In an interview with The Guardian at the weekend, she went on a fresh rant about former co-star John Cleese.
The pair, alongside the late Graham Chapman, performed as part of the student sketch troupe Cambridge Footlights when they attended university together in the early 1960s.
Being the only woman in the group, Miriam claimed she was treated with contempt by her fellow students who were “poisonous” towards her.
She said: “I think they thought I was too full of myself because in those days women were literally not allowed to join the club. Graham Chapman and John Cleese were poisonous.”
In a further swipe at John, she said while he was a “brilliant comedian in his day” but was now “like milk” which had “gone sour”, adding: “He’s an irrelevance.”
Miriam has previously claimed Bill Oddie was also amongst John’s friendship group at the institution who “didn’t like” her.
She did however speak highly of his co-stars Michael Palin, who she called “a special man” and said Eric Idle is a “lovely” friend of hers.
John and Bill’s representatives were previously contacted by Express.co.uk, but are yet to respond.
