Inside Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch’s £3M Surrey mansion after the model revealed she struggled to find a house big enough because the 6’7 footballer can’t fit through doors
Abbey Clancy has given fans a glimpse inside the stunning home she shares with husband Peter Crouch and their four children.
The model, 37, and the former England player, 42, snapped up their £3 million abode in 2016, with Abbey renovating the pad to make it the perfect family home for the couple and children Sophia, 12, Liberty, eight, Johnny, six, and four-year-old Jack.
Over the years she has shared a series of snaps with her 725,000 Instagram followers, giving fans a glimpse at her home office, cinema room and giant garden.
Abbey has always had a passion for interior design and is set to explore a series of celebrities homes in her new ITV show.
In a look at the upcoming six-part series, Abbey revealed that she has struggled to buy houses big enough for husband Peter, claiming the 6ft7in ex-footballer can’t fit through doors.

The model makes the revelation while talking to 6ft2in Jodie Kidd about her Sussex cottage, which has traditional exposed beams, and how she navigates the low ceilings in her idyllic country house.
Jodie says, ‘I have knocked myself out so many times on these beams’, with Abbey replying, ‘We couldn’t buy houses that we wanted because Pete couldn’t fit through the door!’
It is just one of the properties that interior design obsessed Abbey is invited into with the mother-of-four also taking a peek inside the likes of Emma Thynn, the Marchioness of Bath, and former Sugababe Heidi Range’s humble abodes.
Speaking in MailOnline’s first look clip at the series, Abbey confesses: ‘Anyone who says they don’t like peaking inside of people’s houses is a liar’ as well as explaining her love for interiors is born out of her pleasure for the finer things.
Abbey admits, ‘I’m addicted to looking at properties… I think I look at properties more than I look at clothes.’
She also steps inside the houses of former Love Island stars Olivia and Alex Bowen, The Apprentice Queen of Mean Linda Plant and ex-wife of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie, Jo Wood.
Abbey is shocked to discover the hidden gems located inside the celebrity properties, such as a Ferrari Dino 246 GT in Sugababe Heidi’s living room and a sex toy owned by none other than model Caprice.
She’s shown a framed illustration that Ronnie did of Jo wearing nothing aside from stockings and jokes with the entrepreneur that she needed a ‘wax’ when the revealing image was captured.

Delving deeper, Abbey also gets to know the homeowners on a personal level and investigates the reasons behind their interior design choices.
And she doesn’t shy away from emotion, breaking down in tears as she learns of the sentimental value in some of the celebrity owned items.
She sobs as Heidi reveals that she keeps a porcelain angel on a shelf in her living room that was once owned by her nan, explaining that the figurine ‘watches over the house’ in memory of her loved one.
Abbey admits fronting the new show was a daunting experience because it’s the first TV project she’s worked on since having her three youngest children plus it’s a subject she feels passionately about.
She said: ‘It’s actually a little nerve-racking.
‘I had three of my four children so close together and then we had the pandemic so being back on screen feels like a big deal for me so I’ve put a fair bit of pressure on myself as this show has my name attached to it so I really want to make sure I really deliver.’
The podcaster says meeting the likes of Jodie Kidd for the series has ‘inspired’ her, admitting her ambitions have grown now she’s reached her late 30s.
She said: ‘Life is all about adventure and trying new things, the older I get I’m more aware of what’s out there and what you can achieve.
‘Meeting the celebrities as part of this series has inspired me, Jodie Kidd for example has gone from iconic supermodel to race car driver to pilot to polo player.’
