Jake Owen Shares Song Poking Fun At Former ‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown

Jake Owen shared a song called “Alabama Hannah” on social media, jokingly saying that he wrote it for former “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown.

“Monday night, my girlfriend had the damn TV on and all you heard about on the new Bachelor was Alabama Hannah, it was just Alabama Hannah everywhere,” Owen said in a video posted on Twitter Thursday.

“Believe it or not, I met her on the last season of ‘The Bachelorette,’ I played ‘Made for You’ for them in I think it was like Rhode Island or something. She’s a cool girl. This is not even a dig at the actual Alabama Hannah,” he added.

Responding to the song, Brown wrote on Twitter, “Well, this is one way to get a song written about you. This is some catchy shade @jakeowen.”

The song was jointly written by Owen, Ray Fulcher and Drew Parker.

Owen explains that he wrote the song more for the current “Bachelor” Peter Weber, who was previously in a relationship with Brown.
