Kate Middleton Wore the Cutest Ankle Boots with a Bright Green Dress

Kate Middleton is celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week in the U.K. by visiting young students in school. Today, she stopped by Lavender Primary School in north London to meet teachers and speak to schoolchildren in person.

The Duchess of Cambridge went with bright green for the appearance, opting for a long sleeve knee-length dress by Eponine London with pocket detailing. She paired the number with a Mulberry clutch, black tights, and chic black lace-up ankle boots by her go-to brand, L.K.Bennett.

Kate was adorably greeted by a group of singing students upon arrival.

She was also greeted by the equally cute school dog.

Inside, Kate got to sit in on classes and speak to pupils. At one point, she pulled out a photo of her family, saying spending time with them “makes me very happy.”

According to Kensington Palace, the theme of this year’s Children Mental Health Week is “Healthy: Inside and Out,” which focuses on the connection between physical and mental health. Kate is known to be an advocate for young people’s mental wellbeing, especially as a royal patron for the children’s charity Place2Be, which hosts the Children’s Mental Health Week campaign.

During last year’s event, the Duchess of Cambridge released a video message talking about the importance of supporting children at their young age.

“Some children will be facing tougher challenges than others, but I firmly believe that while we cannot change their circumstances, we can ensure that every child is given the best possible support to ensure they fulfill their true potential,” she said.

The duchess also has a mental health charity with the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex named Heads Together, which fights to end the stigma against mental health issues.
