Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are expecting their second child together via surrogacy, and it’s a boy! At least, according to Page Six it is. A source said the baby boy’s “birth is imminent, within days,” while another said he has already been born. Their daughter True Thompson was born in 2018.

“Khloé has always wanted a little brother for True and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family,” an insider told Page Six.

Khloé and Tristan broke up back in December 2021 after news broke that Tristan cheated again and got another woman pregnant. But if you’re confused about the timeline, it’s pretty simple: Apparently, their second child was conceived before they ended their relationship (and seemingly before Khloé knew of his infidelity).

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” Khloé’s rep told Page Six. “Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”

News of Khloé and Tristan expanding their family broke Wednesday afternoon with TMZ being the first to report the information. But unfortunately, the news was unexpectedly leaked. “Khloé kept the pregnancy a secret to protect surrogate privacy and safety,” a source told E! News, “and to protect her mental health from judgement from the public as a result of Tristan’s actions.”

Not only was “Khloé’s hand was forced to confirm the pregnancy before she was ready to announce,” the source added, but her rep also had to release a statement to confirm the news before Khloé even “had the opportunity to personally tell her closest family and friends.”

So, what’s the ‘ship status of Khloé and Tristan after all this? Well, allegedly he has “tried countless times to win back” Khloé, according to what a source told Us Weekly, but “she’s done with him for good romantically” (and is even reportedly in the early stages of dating a private equity investor). As of now, Khloé and Tristan are solely focused on co-parenting!
