Khloe Kardashian has given an insight into her insane daily workout regime, which includes her doing 6,000 jumps.
The 35-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star posted a series of videos on her Instagram story, which detailed the work she puts in at the gym every day.
The Kardashian sisters have been under the supervision of personal trainer to the stars, Donamatrix, for a number of years now.
He has claimed to be behind the firmness of Kim and Kourtney's famous backsides, as he puts the sisters through extreme workouts.
Now Khloe has shown what their punishing workouts look like, with dumbbell reps in between thousands of jumps.
Speaking to the camera during a break from her workout, Khloe tells her 105 million followers about what is involved during her full-on hour of training.
She begins: "Let me tell you, Don is crazy. This guy has me doing 500 jump ropes and 500 swings and every 500 we have to do a rep of a workout."
Khloe also shared a number of videos of her doing dumbbell reps as her PT makes sure she gets a sweat on in what looks like her home gym.
The reality star continues: "So, in total, in my hour, I'll do 6,000 jumps. Not to mention I always warm-up beforehand.
"I'll do cardio before for 20 to 30 minutes."
At this point her PT was ready to push on again and Khloe cuts short her video diary to get back to the grindstone to keep herself in shape.
Khloe's workouts come as the Kardashians admit they have finally forgiven her ex Tristan Thompson for 'cheating on her' with Kylie Jenner's BFF at the time, Jordyn Woods.
It was 12 months ago that the scandal rocked the family and a source told Us Weekly: "[The family] have forgiven Tristan in some regards but they are still very protective of Khloe, her feelings and of course, [her daughter] True.
"They know Khloe is smart and will make the right decisions for herself. She is an adult and they know she makes choices that respect herself and what she feels is best for her and her family."
