The season three finale of The Kardashians was full of bombshells, one of which being Kylie Jenner's admittance to having had a secret boob job at 19.

The reality star, 25, was seen over the course of this series reflecting on the beauty standards within her family and the ways in which these could impact her five-year-old daughter Stormi.

And the trailer for the series saw Kylie admit that she wishes she'd "never touched anything to begin with."

The final episode saw Kylie open up to her friend Anastasia "Stassie" Karanikolaou, telling her: "Also, you know I got my breasts done before Stormi."

She then admitted that she regretted undergoing this surgery, as she confessed: "I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."

Discussing her daughter, Kylie added that she would be "heartbroken" if she wanted to get surgery at age 19.

She continued: "I mean, she’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be like the best mom and the best example for her and I just I wish I could like be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn’t touch anything."

It comes after Kylie previously claimed she'd never undergone any major surgery, but had used lip fillers.

In an episode of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off Life of Kylie, she admitted to having used lip fillers from the age of about 16.

In a confessional, she explained: "I have had temporary lip fillers. It’s just something that I wanted to do."

And explaining what led her to undergoing the cosmetic procedure, she added: "A guy said to me, ‘Oh, my God, you’re such a good kisser, but you have such small lips,’ or something like that.

"And then, from then … from then on, I felt … unkissable. I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me. I just didn’t feel desirable or pretty."

Kylie's candid admission aired on the show just weeks after she was spotted reuniting with former BFF Jordyn Woods after the pair's friendship came to an abrupt end when Jordyn became embroiled in the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.

At the time Tristan was in a relationship with Kylie's older sister Khloe Kardashian, but hit headlines when he and Jordyn shared a kiss at a party.
