Former Love Island host Laura Whitmore has shared rare snaps of her daughter dressed up as a pumpkin for Halloween.
Laura posted a series of images to her Instagram on Sunday as she celebrated the spookiest night of the year alongside her one year old daughter.
“Baby dressed as a pumpkin. Dog dressed as a cat. Mick’s costume game is strong! Happy Halloween,” the 37 year old Irish presenter wrote.
The first shot shows Laura's daughter, who she shares with husband Iain Stirling, sitting on the front door step as she sifted through a bowl of sweets that are flanked by pumpkins.
The second sweet image shows Laura and Iain's daughter near the front gate alongside the family dog Mick and a cat.
Fans dubbed Laura's little girl “gorgeous” in the comments, with one person penning: “Ah so cute.”
“Sooo cute x,” another wrote.
Earlier this year, Laura revealed that she would be stepping away as the host of Love Island and Aftersun because of schedule conflicts.
She wrote at the time: "Some news! I won’t be hosting the next series of Love Island.
"There are certain elements of the show I’ve found very difficult that cannot be changed some due to the format, including the flying back and forth to South Africa along with my new conflicting projects."
Following her announcement, ITV named Maya Jama as the new host despite series champion Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu insisting she was in the running.
Paul Mortimer, Director of ITV Reality Programming and Acquisitions and Controller, said: “Finding a new host to follow the wonderful Laura Whitmore was never going to be easy. In Maya Jama though, we have another high profile fan of the show who’ll be a great addition to the Love Island family.
“Cool, charming and charismatic, I speak for us all when I say Maya will also bring a unique presenting style to the show, as did Laura and, of course, the very much missed Caroline Flack. We’re very pleased to have her on board.”
Lifted Entertainment, Creative Director, Mike Spencer said: “We are all really excited to welcome Maya Jama as the new host of Love Island. We can't wait to see her slow mo walk into that Villa for what is set to be a truly unmissable series.
In a statement, Maya added: “I’ve always been such a massive Love Island fan and I’m so excited to be hosting one of the nation’s favourite shows! I can’t wait to get into the Villa to meet all of the Islanders.”
Beneath the announcement, Laura congratulated her replacement and wrote: “Yes girl!! So delighted for you! You’re gonna be fab”,
