Her look has changed dramatically since she first found fame on TOWIE more than a decade ago, but we can exclusively reveal that Lauren Goodger is planning more surgery – to give herself a more natural look.
The Essex-born star was spotted visiting a cosmetic surgery clinic in Essex last week after vowing to undergo a body overhaul.
As our exclusive pictures show, the 36-year-old had an appointment at The Holly Private Hospital in Buckhurst Hill, where she had a consultation with a surgeon to discuss her new makeover.
And we can reveal she has plans to shrink her breasts and bum.
"Lauren wants a boob reduction," a source told us. "She’s looked into it properly, has done lots of research, and she’s had a couple of consultations about it. She wants to go at least two bra sizes smaller.
"She’s so tired of her big boobs. She was in a different mindset when she first had them done and she now thinks they’re outdated. She wants to go back closer to the look she had when she joined TOWIE.
"Lauren doesn’t think a big chest suits her body. She’s losing weight through a healthy diet and exercise regime, so she wants her boobs to look more natural."
The source added that Lauren, who is mum to 18-month-old daughter Larose with ex-partner Charles Drury, finds her larger breasts "impractical".
"She’s a mum now and she’s constantly on the go, running around with Larose, they literally get in the way and cause discomfort," the source explained.
And she’s not stopping there. Lauren – who has always insisted that her curvy bum is all natural thanks to exercise – is also considering having liposuction to make it smaller.
"Lauren has never had implants in her bottom, despite speculation," the source tells us. "She has a curvy bum and that’s where her weight goes. When she loses weight, she’ll naturally lose it from her bum, too, and she’s hoping this will be the case.
"But if not, as a last resort she would consider having lipo and sculpting to reduce its size. She’s spoken to the surgeon and it is a possibility for her."
Lauren previously told OK! that she was feeling better than ever after going on a health kick late last year.
At the time, she said that while she doesn’t have a fitness goal, she would like to be a "nice, curvy size 10".
The star is still continuing with her healthy regime, and has told pals the only person she’s doing it for is herself.
"Lauren is working hard to keep fit and she wants this surgery for her own confidence, it’s not for anybody else," our source continues. "It’s not for her OnlyFans page, and it’s not for men. She wants to feel better within herself.
"She’s had a really tough time and she wants to feel herself again. She wants to get her pre-baby body back and give herself a confidence boost."
Opening up about her body, Lauren previously told us, "I want my bum to be smaller. It blew up when I was pregnant and I hate it. But there’s no rush.
"I’d just given birth to two babies back to back. My tummy is going down, but I’ve never really held fat on my stomach. I’ve always had a flat stomach and big legs and arms."
Lauren, who went under the knife in 2014 to take her 34D boobs to 34E, added, "I want to get a bit slimmer and then I’ll get my implants out. I’m over big boobs and big bums now. I’m so over that look."
She also previously spoke about feeling stronger and healthier after going through a "horrendous" year.
Last July, Lauren’s second daughter Lorena tragically died after she was born with a knotted umbilical cord around her neck.
Weeks later, Lauren and Charles split following his arrest after an alleged assault on the night of Lorena’s funeral.
"I lost weight very quickly after I had Lorena because of the trauma," Lauren said. "It was because I felt sick all of the time. It was a horrible feeling of sadness because I just wasn’t hungry. Now I’m healthier. I’m eating and I’m not eating s**t."
Last week, Lauren also showed off the results of her new lip surgery after undergoing a "butterfly effect" filler technique for fuller lips.
Sharing a clip with fans on Instagram, she said, "I’m very swollen but literally a new technique, it’s so amazing and I can’t wait to see the results."
News of Lauren’s makeover comes after she deleted all of her Instagram posts in a bid to rebrand her profile.
"2022 wasn’t a great year for Lauren, so she really wants to start fresh in 2023 and rebrand herself – and that is starting with an overhaul of her social media," a source said at the time.
