The 43 year old, who recently shared an adorable moment with a dog while working on set of Alan Carr's new show, tragically lost her dad last year in May after his long and arduous battle with cancer.

Now, Ant McPartlin's ex-wife has shared a sweet memento made in honour of his life with her 40,400 followers.

The star posted a photo of a candle which had pictures of her with her dad when she was a child printed over the sides.

Lisa and her mum Linda were both by Derek's bedside as he died last year. The star had kept his illness a secret as she was also dealing with her highly publicised split from 44 year old Ant.

A source told The Sun at the time: "A lot of people think Lisa is strong, and she is — but she’s had so much to cope with since she and Ant split up.

"There’s been one thing after another and at times she’s felt on her knees. But she’s kept it together and ploughed on."
