Loose Women star Denise Welch proudly displayed the results of her weight loss as she posed in her underwear in a recent photograph.
The 64 year old TV star, who was branded 'hot stuff' in a new swimsuit snap, took to her Instagram Stories to show off her figure in a black underwear set and revealed she's been "healthy eating" and weight training recently to overhaul her physique.
Denise posed in her dressing room as she sported a full face of glam make-up and a pair of white trainers in the snap, which she shared with the caption: "Keeping up my weight training and healthy eating".
She added: "thanks to @lighterlife @roarfitnessldn @claresspacecheshire #nofilter (obviously)," with a laughing emoji.
Former soap star Denise also gave fans a glimpse of her gruelling workout sessions and shared a clip of herself working out at the gym.
She could be seen sporting purple leggings and a pale blue t-shirt as she worked hard. Denise told fans: "Enjoying weight training with @jxprezzo @roarfitnessgirl in a masochistic sort of way. But already seeing results!! Back with you @clarespacecheshire on Thursday!!"
Denise has been documenting her fitness journey online, sharing her workouts with her followers in fun clips on social media. The TV star previously revealed she'd lost two stone thanks to her new healthy lifestyle.
She regularly shows off her figure in swimsuits on social media, and recently opened up about not caring what other people think.
The TV star spoke candidly with her Loose Women co-star Kaye Adams on her podcast How To Be 60, saying she hopes that the happy snaps on Instagram give other women confidence to enjoy themselves in their 60s, before admitting she gets "so much flack" for wearing swimsuits.
She said: "I get so much flack still posing in swimsuits at 64, but I don’t care because, you know, if one person says, 'I was feeling really low on myself and I saw you in a swimsuit and you’re in your sixties…'
Denise went on to add: "And you know, I don’t filter them – partly because I don’t know how to. I don’t want anybody to put us in a box and say, 'You can’t wear a bikini at 64, you can’t do this at 64.'"
