Pop star Louise Redknapp certainly commanded attention in a brightly coloured sports bra and shorts in her latest social media post.

The 45-year-old singer put on a very busty display in the eye-catching neon look, while working out in her garden during coronavirus lockdown.

The mum-of-two, who shares two sons – Charlie, 15, and Beau, 11, with her ex husband Jamie Redknapp, flaunted her curves as she spoke about her fitness regime online today.

The former Eternal star admitted she was “finding it tough” to workout at home during the Instagram video.

In the short clip, the Naked hitmaker flaunted her cleavage in her low-cut gym gear, which also highlighted her toned and tanned torso.

The fresh-faced beauty wore her hair swept high into a ponytail and could be seen holding a water bottle in the garden following an alfresco workout session.

Alongside the footage, she wrote: “Had to really make myself workout,” before adding: “Finding it tough.”

Speaking directly to camera in the Instagram Story, Louise told her 700,000 followers she was trying to get back on track following a week off from exercising.

She said: “So workout’s done.

“Thank God. It’s the first time I’ve worked out in a week so trying to get back on it.”

Louise, who recently launched her own fashion, beauty and lifestyle edit “Lou loves by Louise”, has been keeping herself busy during lockdown with her new venture on Instagram.

Much to the delight of her followers, the blonde beauty has been posing up a storm for sexy social media pictures for her own and her new brand’s account.

Earlier in the week, she flaunted her figure in a plunging bikini and kaftan which she captioned “Making the most of the sunshine.”

She was also seen in colourful swimwear yesterday ahead of a live make-up video.

The 9 to 5 theatre star has also been filming dance routines and lip syncing videos for TikTok.
