Molly-Mae Hague is preparing to share her birth story, after welcoming her daughter Bambi last month.
The influencer and her boyfriend Tommy Fury have been soaking up their time as new parents to their baby girl, who arrived in late January, and have been giving fans daily updates on her progress.
Yesterday, Molly-Mae candidly revealed that she was “nervous” to post her birth story for the world to see on social media.
She wrote: “I really want to film my birth story today, but I'm so nervous to get back in front of the camera…I'm not sure if my brain is working yet and if I try to do it and fail then I know that will really upset/frustrate me.
“I really want to catch you all up! Dilemmas," she added.
Despite her concerns, Molly-Mae was seen editing the video for her YouTube channel hours later, after encouragement from fans.
In the footage uploaded on her Instagram Stories, the new mum was seen sitting in front of her laptop in bed, using an video-editing program while chomping on a McDonalds burger.
Tommy, 23, was seen lying in front of Molly-Mae with their daughter Bambi, and was beaming as he gazed down at the little one and grazed her nose.
Molly-Mae captioned the clip “Life”, adding a white heart emoji.
She continued: “I filmed it guys. Thank you all for the amazing, supportive messages.”
Molly-Mae has received praise from fans recently as she’s been getting to grips with parenting, but this hasn’t come without backlash.
A caption from Molly-Mae this week about her “playing dress up” with Bambi, led to some mum-shaming, as the former Love Island star was accused of using her daughter as a “toy”.
Other followers responded by offering support and encouragement to Molly-Mae in her new role as a mum.
One person wrote: “People need to stop mum-shaming people, it’s her first baby and she is lucky and fortunate to give that baby girl whatever she wants.”
A second commented: “Just gorgeous! It’s great to see you looking comfy and enjoying all the newborn snuggles. Hope you are getting to rest and nourishing yourself where you can”.
A third added: “These comments are actually horrible she’s doing nothing wrong only showing her love to her baby”.
