Nicki Minaj is set to emcee and perform at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. This year’s VMAs will air live from New Jersey’s Prudential Center on Tuesday, September 12.
Last year, Minaj co-hosted the VMAs alongside LL Cool J and Jack Harlow. Minaj has garnered 25 VMA nominations in her career, including the six this year, and six wins. Her first VMAs appearance was in 2012.
Along with hosting duty, Minaj will also deliver a world premiere performance of her new single, “Last Time I Saw You.” The rapper released the song earlier this month, a track from her highly-anticipated new album, Pink Friday 2, due November 17.
This year’s VMA features an impressive list of performers, including Olivia Rodrigo, Lil Wayne, Sean “Diddy” Combs,Shakira and more.
