Oprah overwhelmed by the size of a truffle
Oprah Winfrey revealed her slimmed-down figure yesterday as she enjoyed an alfresco meal on the Amalfi Coast.
The 69-year-old presenter, producer and actor sported casual chic in an all-white outfit.
The white T-shirt and cropped trousers combination only served to highlight her svelte shape.
She teamed the outfit with stylish but comfortable white trainers, which were also practical as she was helped off a boat to enter the beachfront restaurant Lo Scoglio in Nerano, which has previously been visited by stars including Sting, David Beckham and Jennifer Lopez.
Her stunning new look comes after she reset her weight loss goals last year, welcoming in 2022 by symbolically throwing out the last of a Banana Foster’s birthday cake that was in her fridge.

She took to Instagram to inform her 22.7 million followers that it was “time for a reset” saying she was “clearing out the fridge”.
“You know we had 12 people over the house over the holidays… And I gotta say, we ate every day like food had just been invented,” she continued.
She then went on to explain why she was a fan of WW, previously Weight Watchers, for which she has been an ambassador since 2015.
Promoting the points-based eating plan, she told her followers “it brings you back to centre. It helps me stay on track.
“It brings a level of awareness to what I’m eating, and that’s what helps me close out the holidays, get back in control of how I want to live,” she shared, urging her fans to join her and encouraging them to do their “day one” with her.

The star has famously yo-yo dieted over the decades and has always been open and honest about her struggles with her weight.
However, the WW plan seems to work for her lifestyle and she opened up about it on her magazine website Oprah.com, as she and eight other women showcased the effects of following the plan for a year.
“After spending literally years on more diets than I care to count, I finally made the shift from dieting to a lifestyle change,” she explained.
“I haven’t had to sacrifice foods I love. Or feel deprived and punished. Today I’m more conscious about what I eat, balancing indulgent things with healthier options.
“I leave the table feeling satisfied and to me, that’s far more important than any number on the scale.”
