Clive Owen admits he had ‘huge part’ to play in Amanda split
Amanda Owen, 48, has broken her Instagram silence as the mum-of-nine shared a family update to her social media profile.
On Tuesday, the Yorkshire Shepherdess returned to Instagram after two months away by sharing 10 stunning photographs.
In her first post since April, she shared snippets of what the Owen family have been getting up to in recent months.
Included in the carousel was; a picture of a birthday cake celebrating her son, Miles, turning 17, various sunny days spent on the farm, and a lambing season selfie.
Amanda kept the caption short and sweet as she wrote “Summer at Ravenseat” followed by a sun emoji.

The life update comes after Amanda “called off all her public engagements” last month.
She was due to speak at a Katharine House Hospice event in Staffordshire but reportedly cancelled.
A statement made by the hosts said: “Unfortunately our speaker, Amanda Owen, has called off all her public engagements during May and we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event.”
Last year, Amanda announced that she was splitting from her husband, Clive Owen, 68, after 21 years of marriage.
The break-up was confirmed via an Instagram story posted by Amanda on behalf of the ex-couple.

In April, the Our Yorkshire Farm star appeared on ITV’s Lorraine and said: “I had a massive part to play in our relationship ending… When this was going on, I was ranting and raving and drinking and carrying on. I was driving her away.”

It’s said that Amanda and Clive met by chance in 1996, and were married four years later.
The pair are continuing to co-parent their brood.
They still work together on Ravenseat Farm in Swaledale, North Yorkshire.
In December 2022, Channel 5 confirmed that the idyllic reality series, Our Yorkshire Farm, had been cancelled.
Daniel Pearl, Commissioning Editor for Factual at Channel 5, explained: “The Owens have become everyone’s favourite farming family and millions have enjoyed watching their unique way of life.”
He also said that the broadcaster remains “absolutely committed” to the Owens, and they “hope to announce new projects with Amanda very soon.”
