Pascal Craymer has revealed she is four and a half months pregnant with her first child.
The TOWIE bombshell showed off her maternal curves for the first time when she attended the dazzling World Fashion Awards among the greats of the showbiz world on Wednesday.
It comes just days after she gave a tell-all interview revealing she had tried to commit suicide five times in the last year.
The pregnant star, 32, looked amazing when she embraced her maternal instincts and cradled her baby bump while she posed in a blue split dress.
Mother-to-be Pascal made a solo arrival at the event but she is currently very happy in love with her beau Mark Baptist, 31.
She has stepped out for the first time since she gave a tell-all interview about the grave warnings of reality television and the threat it poses to mental health.
The reality star revealed she had tried to take her own life five times in the last 12 months.
Pascal then discussed how shows like TOWIE "chew you up and spit you out".
The ex-model was sectioned with deep depression, anorexia and a drinking problem after downing four bottles of wine and half a litre of vodka every day.
Pascal is now recovering and she has taken aim at social media. She is also calling for stricter regulations around shows like Love Island, which itself has seen former cast members die by suicide.
The six month anniversary of Love Island's Mike Thalassitis' suicide is just round the corner, and Pascal told The Sun On Sunday that reality TV "is killing people".
"These shows chew you up and spit you out. They take vulnerable people and turn them into celebrities overnight without any concern what happens once the fame fades," she said.
Pascal said she first became suicidal after her friend Sophie Gradon , of 2016's Love Island, died after a cocaine and alcohol binge in June last year.
By December of that year, she said she was in a dark place.
She said: "I was getting trolled all the time and being told I was fat and ugly. I could not make a relationship work and I was drinking three or four bottles of wine over lunch then switching to vodka at night.
"I stopped eating because my diet was the only thing I could control. I was also self-harming – cutting my arms and feet – to make the dark thoughts go away.
"I took an overdose of pills in December and when that did not work I tried again with more pills. Both times I was found by my younger sister Kendal and taken to hospital."
Doctors told her she was so malnourished she would have been dead in two weeks if she hadn't received treatment.
She was released from hospital and immediately directed to the Priory rehab centre. She cancelled her social media accounts but after leaving the Priory, she relapsed.
Pascal then attempted suicide on a railway line but was dragged back by commuters. In April, she made another attempt to take her own life with an overdose.
Now, she is recovering with the support of an eating disorder counsellor and new boyfriend Mark.
Her last appearance on TOWIE was during the 2013 Christmas special, during which none of the girls would talk to her. Life after TOWIE involved various star-studded events, but after she would experience a great deal of online abuse.
