MOOOOM! Phineas and Ferb are making a TV show again!!
Yep, that’s right – Phineas and Ferb are coming back to our television screens, as the show has been picked back up by Disney Channel!
The exciting news comes out of Disney Branded Television’s TCA panel on Friday (January 13), with president Ayo Davis sharing the big news.

Phineas and Ferb‘s comeback is part of a new overall deal with co-creator Dan Povenmire, which will bring 40 new episodes of the hit animated comedy, spread across two seasons.
In addition to the revival of Phineas and Ferb, the network has also renewed Dan‘s latest animated series Hamster & Gretel for a second season!
“Dan is renowned for his ability to create universally beloved stories and characters with both heart and humor,” Ayo shared in a statement. “We couldn’t be happier to continue our collaboration with him and bring back the iconic Phineas and Ferb in a big way.”
“It has been the greatest pleasure of my career to see how an entire generation of kids and parents have embraced the characters and the humor of Phineas and Ferb,” Dan said. “I’m eagerly looking forward to diving back into the show for them and for a whole new generation.”
Phineas and Ferb first premiered in August 2007, and after four seasons came to end in June 2015. The show also produced the movie Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension, as well as the second movie, Phineas and Ferb: Candace Against the Universe, which premiere on Disney+ in 2020.
Vincent Martella, Ashley Tisdale and Alyson Stoner were among the voice cast. No word yet on which actors will reprise their roles.
Alyson also currently voices a character on Hamster & Gretel!
