Hollyoaks star Gemma Atkinson may have left a possible clue that she has already wed her Strictly professional fiancé Gorka Marquez.
Gemma, 38, has been engaged to Gorka, 32, since Valentine's Day 2021, and has spoken previously about her desire to have a "chilled" wedding at a registry office.
But now, fans are speculating whether the celeb couple, who are expecting their second child, may have already tied the knot after analysing a recent post shared to Gemma's social media.
In a recent post to her Instagram Stories, Gemma gushed over the handiwork of her builders, as well as showing an open shelf with a selection of mugs lined up on them.
Printed on the mugs, however, were the words "Mr" and "Mrs", which may be a nod that the couple have already secretly wed.
No public comments have been made to confirm this, however, with Gemma jokingly offering advice not to get married during a chat with her radio co-star Mike Toolan.
The pair were speaking about Divorce Monday, the day of the year known for the most common day for divorce proceedings to start in the UK – which falls on the first working Monday of January.
During the conversation, Gemma said: "The thing I always say about this day, if it's the busiest day for divorce, is the best thing to do, just don't get married."
This led a confused Mike to reply: "But you're engaged?"
"Yeah, but there's a reason you haven't had an invite," Gemma responded, laughing, before adding: "If I don't marry him he can't divorce me. He can leave me but he isn't taking anything because there's nothing legal. Off you pop sunshine, on to the next one."
Gemma has also faced some unusual scrutiny this month in regards to her pregnancy reveal – with some rude commenters suggesting that the baby may not be Gorka's.
Gemma read out some of the comments on her radio show, starting with a remark made by someone about her body. She said: “This is one from a guy called Steve-O. [He says] ‘Well, that’s her body ruined’,” as Gemma and Mike burst into laughter.
Gemma went on: “I’m assuming Steve-O was birthed at one point. What does his mother look like?”
Sharing another comment, the mum-of-one says: "Are we sure this baby’s even Gorka’s? The amount of fellas she had, it could be anyone's! Hope this relationship fails."
Gemma and Mike then proceeded to burst out into even more laughter, as the former Hollyoaks actress took the brutal comments in her stride.
The couple, who are already parents to daughter Mia, announced their pregnancy news earlier this month. They're set to welcome a baby boy later this year.
