James has been rumoured to be the next 007 along with the likes of Idris Elba, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Richard Madden, Henry Golding and Jamie Dornan.

He added: ‘Anyone can write any story about it and it will get the most incredible sort of hype around it. No, no conversations.

James’s comments came shortly after Jamie addressed rumours he was in the running for the role.
He told Total Film: ‘I’ve been in that conversation for a good couple of years now. Sometimes I’m more in that conversation than other times. It tends to be if you have a movie coming out.
‘If people want to have your name, that’s cool. I just am not one of those people who give it a huge amount of thought.’
