The 41-year-old rapper and TV personality is forced to defend himself after one Twitter user shares side-by-side pictures of his ex-wife, in which one of them shows her looking somber.

AceShowbiz –Safaree Samuels has shut down claims saying he “sucked the life out of” Erica Mena. Having been blamed for his ex’s different look due to their toxic relationship, the “Love the Most” rapper didn’t waste time firing back at the allegations.

The 41-year-old was forced to defend himself after one Twitter user shared side-by-side pictures of Erica. The left photo was seemingly taken years ago, while the right one was taken from her appearance on a recent “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” reunion show. In the latter, the former video vixen looked somber.

“Safaree sucked the life out of Erica Mena after chasing her for years,” the individual wrote alongside the snaps. “When will women learn to never date men who spend years chasing them because the persistence is strictly coming from the thrill of the chase. Keep it that way & be unattainable forever.”

Erica caught wind of the post after it was re-shared by The Neighborhood Talk. In response, the mom of two penned, “My kids are giving me new life. Day by day vibes. Lots of therapy. I’ll be back soon.”

Also reacting to the photos was Safaree, who angrily replied, “Y’all took a 8-10 yr old pic of her and put it side by side with a horrible screen grab from a video trying to be funny.” He added, “There is not 1 pic of her on her Instagram that looks like what y’all trying to say she looks like.”

“She does not look like that AT ALL. Y’all internet nerds be miserable,” Safaree, who previously dated Nicki Minaj, further stressed. “This s**t old go find something else more interesting to post. The season is over go watch a rerun. I’m Going back to my pool. SMD.”
