Fear the Walking Dead star Sam Underwood will not face charges after he was arrested earlier this month for domestic battery after allegedly ‘roughing up’ a woman during a heated altercation.
The English actor, 36, was arrested on October 7 at 2.30am in Los Angeles after getting into an argument that turned into a physical altercation with a woman, whose identity has not been revealed.
Cops were called to the apartment where they found the woman with visible marks on her body, reported TMZ. She did not need medical attention.
Married Underwood was arrested for felony domestic battery and he was put in jail for 10 hours before being released, the outlet reported. He denied the allegations.
TMZ has confirmed Underwood will not be charged for the arrest as the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has rejected the case.

According to TMZ last week, Underwood’s attorney had photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that allegedly disproved the case made against him.
Underwood is married to California-born actress Valorie Curry, and the pair tied the knot in July 2016.
They met while filming The Following in 2013, where Underwood played twins Luke and Mark Gray and Curry played Emma Hill.
Underwood has co-starred alongside Alec Baldwin in the theater production of Equus, and also had roles in Homeland and Fear The Walking Dead – which is a prequel to AMC’s Walking Dead.
He played Jake Otto Fear The Walking Dead’s third season, which aired in 2017.
He also played the role of Adam Carrington in the reboot of Dynasty from 2019-2022.
