It’s not just Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval who will be getting into it during the new season of Vanderpump Rules.
From the snippets we’ve heard so far about what it’s been like to film season 11 so far, we know Scheana Shay has been fired up. For starters, she was caught yelling at the cover band star earlier this month about his affair with Raquel Leviss while filming a scene outside of SUR. And now she’s confirming there’s a lot more to come. On Monday, the reality star appeared on her Amazon Live session to vent about VPR so far while recommending lots of products to fans. Discussing a trip the cast just took to Lake Tahoe last week, she said:
“I get paired with Sandoval to do this spiritual meditation healing sort of thing. It was very uncomfortable.”

The Scheananigans podcast host was thrown off by the pairing since they weren’t “expecting to be paired together” for the activity. She was supposed to have a heart-to-heart with her husband Brock Davies, but he pulled out at the last second to go golfing and the producers seized the opportunity. It sounds like they got exactly what they wanted too because it was a VERY emotional session!
“Wednesday filming was beyond the most emotionally draining day I have ever had in 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules. My eyelashes hurt from how much I cried that day, my contacts were dry, I was congested, I felt weak in every way possible.”
Damn!
What did they discuss?! Obviously, Scandoval must’ve been the main focus, but if she got that hurt by the conversation, there must have been a deeper level to it!
Speaking of, the 38-year-old reminded viewers that she had a decade-long friendship with Tom before he cheated on her bestie, so she’s had a lot of complicated feelings to process since the breakup. She explained:
“I don’t like what he did to Ariana obviously. Him and I have had a really long friendship so everyone always , ‘Oh Scheana the flip-flopper, Scheana needs to have loyalty,’ and losing a friendship of that long has obviously been a struggle.”
Despite her feelings toward her former friend — whatever they may be after the one-on-one — she insisted she is still “team Ariana.”
As mentioned, the cast was in Lake Tahoe to celebrate the Lisa Vanderpump‘s new restaurant Wolf, but Ariana stayed back in LA before jetting off to Fiji to appear on Love Island USA. Scheana has come under fire for appearing to be buddy-buddy with Tom in recent weeks, but the Something About Her co-founder has defended her from all the hate.
