Stacey Solomon has shared a beautiful new photo of her two week old daughter Belle, sparking the mum-of-five’s 5.5 million Instagram followers to gush over the adorable tot.
The snap shows Belle lying on her mum’s lap as she looked up at Stacey while appearing to pose for the camera by resting her hand next to her head.
“Oh Hello Beautiful Belle,” doting mum Stacey penned next to the picture.
“The most special two weeks of you Belle… Today all the boys went back to school & Belle had lots of awake time. I think she was wondering where all the noise and craziness had gone.”
She went on: “I felt like I got some time to properly see her & talk to her today. I love these days when they start to open their eyes more & really look around and begin to show you little bits of who they are and the adventures to come.”
Her friends and fans have since flooded Stacey with nice comments about her newborn baby, with BFF Mrs Hinch leading the comments.
“Oh Her little hand and eyes,” the cleaning guru wrote. “So pure [heart emoji] the most beautiful picture I ever did see”.
“She looks just like her daddy @realjoeswashy,” added radio host Gaby Roslin, as Georgia Kousoulou replied with two heart-eye emojis.
“Her eyes are just stunning! What a cute dumpling,” said someone else.
Another added: “Those beautiful big eyes! Absolutely stunning, enjoy those tiny baby snuggles”.
Doubling down on her post, Stacey took to her Story as well where she joked about how she didn’t realise how loud her house was when all the kids were home from school.
She began: “Happy Tuesday. Just thought I’d come on and say hi. All the kids went back to school today and I didn’t realise how loud this house was until they went back to school. Even Belle was properly wide awake today for the first time, just properly looking around.”
Stacey went on to joke that she thinks Belle was suddenly so alert because the house has become so quiet.
“Belle, me and Rose got to spend some time together and then Rose had a nap so I was like ‘oh my god, this is heaven’," she continued.
Belle recently passed her two week health check, causing Stacey to cry with happiness.
The newborn successfully went up from 5lb 10, up to 6lb 8 – gaining nearly a pound in weight in two weeks.
