This Morning: Annabel Croft speaks about losing her husband
They’re still going strong in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, but it looks like Annabel Croft and her partner Johannes Radebe may not make it to the final, according to body language expert Darren Stanton.
While speaking to Betfair Bingo about Annabel’s journey in the competition, the expert said: “Annabel’s journey in this competition has been very interesting over the past few weeks.
“It’s very hit-and-miss. She’ll be having a bad week, and then she’ll pull it back and amaze everyone. This week, you could tell she has been working very hard and wants to prove her place with Johannes.
“When we look at her body language, Annabel is naturally a timid and introverted person. We can see this as she looks down quite a lot and plays with her fingers as a distraction.”
Darren concluded by admitting he believes Annabel, 57, won’t end up lifting the coveted glitterball trophy.

“She’s definitely acknowledged every piece of feedback and embraced every moment. I think she will last a few more weeks, but she won’t make the final,” he explained.
The former tennis player recently revealed that the show has given her a purpose after the tragic death of her husband Mel Coleman in May this year.
Mel died after a short battle with cancer and now, Annabel has said Strictly has helped her with her grief.
While appearing on This Morning, the sports star said Mel was a huge fan of Strictly and loved watching her partner Johannes on the dance floor.

Earlier this month, Annabel and Johannes danced their couple’s choice to Wings by Birdy and dedicated it to Mel.
Following the routine, Annabel broke down in tears as she paid an emotional tribute to her late husband.
They also reduced head judge Shirley Ballas to tears, and she was seen dabbing her eyes with tissues as she offered up her critique.
Their beautiful routine nabbed them 35 points, including an eight from Craig and nines from the other three judges, making it Annabel’s best score up to that point in the series.
Darren was speaking to Betfair Bingo.
