The Chicks, the trio formerly known as The Dixie Chicks, have dropped their first album in 14 years, titled Gaslighter.
Gaslighter is the long-awaited follow-up to 2006’s Taking The Long Way. The 12-track record was produced by Jack Antonoff and is available via Columbia Records.
The Chicks also dropped a video for “Sleep at Night,” one of the new tracks from Gaslighter.
Gaslighter was originally set to drop on May 1 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Chicks changed their band name after 31 years in response to the Black Lives Matter movement, which was triggered by the killing of George Floyd.
